Economic Warfare: Is The United States Revolutionising War
Posted by Stephen Cline on November 15th, 2008I heard a theory just last night from a friend of mine. It involved a new term that I had never heard of, and honestly I had never even thought of it. It is the idea of economic warfare!
Economic Warfare…What That?
The idea is that the United States government has forced itself into a recession as a means to cripple the Chinese economy, therefore making it less threatening.
With the Chinese starting to become an economic power, is the US government starting to worry about what would happen if they started a war? Or is the United States government just scared they might lose their title as the driver of the world economy?
Interesting Theory….BUT….
I don’t buy it!
I mean, there have been so many theories being thrown around about the US goverment, like:
- They only started the war with Iraq to get control of the oil
- The Sept 11 pentagon plane crash was a rogue missile
And I think this is just another conspiracy theory.
To be honest I think it just comes down to too many years to importing more product then they are exporting, and banks lending too freely and getting in over their heads.
What do you think?
