Im planning to make a thesis, the role of women in advancing the field of economics. That includes women in the academic field and those who are in the non-academic field.
Can you suggest any methodology or framework that i can use?

How about women with economic systems and how they have made an impact? Or you could be broader and use quantitative and mathematical methods if you wanted a broader view point.
What comes to mind is how women have made the impact in economics that impact greatly, that can tip the scales in the economy.
