We are talking about macroeconomics. The effect of the present crisis is affecting many countries and the way to reduce this effect is the same for all of them.
For those people who REALLY understand how the system of society works, the answer is literally beneath our feet. Its in the way that natural resources, particularly land values are allowed to be shared and about who controls the use of the land. By providing equal opportunity for use of the land, the effect of the crisis will be minimised.
But who is wise enough to see this? Even in such a well established country as the Philippines?
